80th anniversary of the liberation of Dachau concentration camp

The central commemorative ceremony of the 80^th anniversary of the liberation of Dachau concentration camp will take place on Sunday, 4^th May 2025. The ceremony will be simultaneously broadcast on a large screen on the former roll call square.

According to current plans, the Dachau Concentration Camp Memorial Site will be open to members of the public during the usual opening hours. Audio guides in 16 languages will be available.

We ask for your understanding that unfortunately, no guided tours for groups will take place on Sunday, 4^th May 2025, as some parts of the site will need to be temporarily closed to the public.
